A cantora britânica de pop-folk Lucy Rose tem 26 anos e dois discos, “Like I used to”, de 2012, e “Work it out”, lançado em julho deste ano.
Dona de uma voz bem suave e melodias inspiradas em ícones como Joni Mitchell e Laura Marling, Lucy Rose já foi apontada pela revista “Vogue” como revelação da música indie-folk.
As músicas dela já tocaram nas séries de TV “Skins”, “The Vampire Diaries” e “Girls”.
Rose começou na música tocando bateria na orquestra de sua escola e compondo canções no piano que tinha na casa de sua família em Frimley. Mais tarde, ela aprendeu a tocar guitarra sozinha e, aos 18 anos, se mudou para Londres.
